An elderly Palestinian refugee waits to receive a ration of food aid from the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees at a warehouse in the Rafah Palestinian refugee camp in the southern Gaza Strip. Israeli Defence Minister Ehud Barak approved electricity and fuel cuts against Palestinians living in the Hamas-run Gaza Strip on Thursday in an effort to curb rocket attacks on the Jewish state.(AFP/Said Khatib)
